Office360 is new way to train your neck using cardboard technology. You only need a few minutes to do the exercises, and when you are ready, you can enjoy the 360 video travel feature. The application is FREE, no need to register or pay for extra functions.
This application works fine with cardboard or similar devices. The training consists of three exercises, with three different places:
1. Move your head up and down in 180 degrees
2. Move your head left to right in 180 degrees
3. Move your head over your body in in 360 degrees
In each exercises you need to get 100 points to move forward, it means you have to move your focus more and more fired spheres to freeze them. This exercises will move your neck in each direction to get better fit.
