If you like a candidate’s video resume, then swipe on the right, and if you don’t like it, then swipe on the left to skip.


Go to the main screen and select the filter icon with a funnel drawn over it, to filter out your favourite candidate video based on the skills, location, experience, type of job etc.


Keep track of the candidates/employees that you’ve hired previously.
