I wrote this app because I started managing a team and did not have any tools that helped me do a better job at it.

It is a simple app. It is something you will use every week as a manager. As you take notes in advance of a one on one meeting with a team member, noting the good work they are doing or the areas of improvement for them, this app will be your companion.
