The OneGov app was borne from the SmartBots Hackathon in 2021. This app is a continuation of the initial prototype and aims to improve service delivery in Government by digitising services.

Currently the app offers information about government services, allow users to apply, manage applications and get notifications on the latest government services.

Using OneGov app users can:
• Apply for vehicle registration
• Apply for internship program
• Apply for a Botswana driving licence
• Apply for customary land rights
• Apply for common law land right
• Apply for a plant import permit
• Apply for BAITS user access
• Apply for permission to supply and manufacture feeds, premixes, and veterinary equipment
