It is possible to analyze a large set of KPIs (Service Level, Offered Calls, Waiting Queue, Handle Time, Average Queue Time, Abandon Rate, Success Rate, Average Idle Time, Agents Ready, and many others) and visualize each KPI chart detail in daily, weekly or monthly intervals.
All the KPIs can be compared to their previous values, so you are able to perform comparisons over time.
