Operation Transformation

The App allows you to follow the Operation Transformation food and fitness plan.
Based on the TV series where five people volunteer to go on an eight-week Food and Fitness Plan set by the show experts. These five people called Leaders. You choose the leader most like you and follow their plan. Details follow of what the App provides:

- The App gives you access to the leaders daily Food and Fitness plan;

- It shows you how to cook the daily meals on the Food Plan;

- Gives you access to the weekly shopping list;

- The Fitness videos show you how to do your daily workout with the OT Fitness Expert;

- Track your steps;

- Track your progress against the leader you have selected to follow;

- Option to upload your own transformation photos;

- Find out what Operation Transformation events are happening near you.

The food and exercise diary will help keep you on the journey to a fitter and healthier you!

Food Plan
If you are currently on medication or diagnosed with a medical condition, pregnant or lactating, please seek medical advice first before implementing changes to your current diet based on the Operation Transformation Food Plan.  

Fitness Plan
If you are currently on medication or diagnosed with a medical condition, or being treated for a medical condition, please seek medical advice first before commencing on the Operation Transformation Fitness Plan.  

User Information Required for the App
In order to use this App the following personal information is required:
Weight
Height
Age
Gender

There is also an optional feature on the App that allows users to upload progress photos.

Log - In
To log in, users must enter a Name and a Password. To retrieve your password in the event you forget it, we require an email address.


OT App Managed by
The OT App is managed by Vision Independent Productions, the producers of the TV show Operation Transformation. RTE has no involvement in the management or operation of this app.
