Note: In order for this app to be used you must have your e-commerce website setup through https://www.duwal.com. Your website could be Woocommerce or a custom designed website by duwal.com. Once your website is setup we will provide you with your store login information. Then you will be able to see the order that was placed from your website in this app without any extra cost.

As of now this app is only available to US customers.

This app feature is automatically be activated to customer who is developing their website with duwal.com. This feature is completely free to our customers.

How it works:

Once duwal.com sets up your online ordering website your customer will be able to start ordering through your website. You will be able to view all your orders straight through your smart phone or tablets. More so you will be able to accept or reject orders.

Each time a customer place an order through your website you will be receive notification to your phone or tablet.

Once you receive an order you will placed as processing and you will be able to click on the order to either accept or reject the order. Once order is accepted you will have to make sure orders gets fulfilled for customer pickup. Your customer gets notified once order gets accepted and is ready for pickup.

-You will have a choice of which tabled or mobile to be used as order receiving machine.
-App will make sound once order is received through the app.
-You will be able to view the customer information, order information.
-You can Accept or Reject new orders.
-As of now app only works for pickup orders.
-You can use this app for your Restaurant's, Liquor Store, Convenience store, clothing store. Any store that offers pickup service.
-Once order gets full field you can use option to clear the list of orders form live view.
-You will be able to view your order history for the day.

- This is not any type of POS where you can place an order.
- This app is only used to view the order information that was place through your e-commerce website.
- No transaction of any kind is done through this app.
- You will be able to view the orders and the only thing you could do through this app is either accept the order or reject the order. All the transactions are done through your e-commerce site.
- You will not be able to create an account by yourself. Once your e-commerce website is done your developer will create an account for you. Then you will be able to view the order that was place through this app.
