OTICS-Intelligent Patient Care

The Intelligent Patient Care (IPC) app is the first of its kind app that uses customized and advanced machine learning models for thousands of individual drugs that are legally prescribed around the world. We use official government published data on every medication to train our algorithms. This data contains reported issues in humans (as reported by hospitals or other sources) on the seriousness of symptoms for every prescribed medication. We then train our algorithms on these data to 1) predict seriousness of your symptoms, 2) predict side effects from medications, and 3) predict drug interactions.

This app uses proprietary algorithms built using MAADS technology developed by OTICS Advanced Analytics Inc., an advanced analytics company based in Toronto, Ontario Canada (www.otics.ca).

The app uses the symptoms and medications chosen by users and makes a call to the MAADS server and uses its hyper-prediction (HPD) technology to generate predictions on the seriousness of the symptoms.

The app can also connect to a service management platform to allow users to create incident tickets. This functionality is available to our corporate clients.

This app takes privacy very seriously. It does not store or record, in any way, any information from the user's phone.

We want this app to help users and organizations to improve patient care, and better manage medication issues in the hopes that they will live a safer and more fulfilling life.

We also want to help reduce any unnecessary hospital visits for issues/symptoms that are not serious and make room for others that do have serious symptoms.
