Otium Analytics (OA) – user-friendly business app for effective workload
management and estimating results achieved by employees.
OA will be especially helpful for businesses, if:
- employees work remotely or at off-site events
- employees work shifts or schedules
- hourly or piecework payment is available
- there are geographically remote divisions (warehouses, branch offices)
- violations of labour discipline were noticed (tardiness, truancy, frequent breaks)
For executives OA – “organization in the palm of their hands” as allows to:
- set tasks with specific KPIs to subordinates and asses it
- compare results of particular employee at different times, mark progress or regress in results.
- compare results several employees, determine the best employees for promoting or encouraging
- test new tasks and identify potential KPIs for them in the process
- successfully integrate competitions and gamification into the workflow
- keep track the discipline, employees register their coming, leaving and breaks manually in the app
