All stakeholders--family members, caregivers, physical therapists, nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, friends--must be able to communicate in a streamlined and efficient manner to assure the patient’s needs are attended to. Our TaskHub provides the efficient communication tools and patient support that’s so crucial to the successful provision of care.
