With the help of the program you can record your mood. The user can add the so-called mood. The slide is available on a separate screen to select the mood. In interactive mode, the current mood is displayed as a signature and a picture.

Also, by going to the details screen, you can specify the name of the reason for the mood and its description. The user can also see all kinds of moods on a separate screen in the form of cards.

The user can view the log. Opening the mood log screen, the user notices the mood bar, which will change when adding new moods, adding his icon and date. By clicking on the scale, we can see detailed information about the name and a description of the reason - if it was added earlier.

Thus, the user can control his mood for a certain period of time and maintain it to improve health and well-being.
