Pad To PIC

New iO Xtreme board controller app for the iPad! Pad To PIC gives you full control of the pcb's outputs using Bluetooth LE. The app also displays the status of the analog and digital inputs.

This app was built specifically for the book "Integrating iOS Bluetooth LE with PIC18 Microcontrollers". The book teaches how to integrate an iOS app with a PIC18 microcontroller on a code level. It covers the implementation for iOS, the PIC, and a Bluegiga BLE112 module. The iO Xtreme board was also designed specifically for teaching the concepts. The book can be purchased on Amazon Kindle. Even if you are not interested in learning how to develop software, the Pad To PIC app and the iO Xtreme board can be used for many wireless control applications.

Important Note: This app will only work with Back Forty's "iO Xtreme" pcb, available at www.back-40.com. Also, this app will only work with iPads that have Bluetooth LE (ie. iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, and newer).
