Paindrainer is a prescription device. To use Paindrainer you must be a registered patient at an enrolled practice. An access code is given to you at the time of prescription. Download the app to your smartphone.

INTENDED PURPOSE: Paindrainer PD1 is a digital self-management device, for users with chronic pain, intended to support planning of activities based on the users’ individual input of performed activities and pain experience, aiming to alleviate pain.

- Personalized Plans: Receive customized plans tailored to your daily life, medical treatment plan, and set goals. Adjust the plan throughout the day based on your needs and observe how it can impact on your Predicted pain level.

- Track Your Progress: Track your progress with the My Journey function. Check summaries of past logs and get insights created by Paindrainer based on how different activities affect you, empowering your self-management routine.

- Improve knowledge: Access short articles on pain management and rehabilitation exercises designed to support your journey, helping you manage the pain for continuous improvement. Engage in daily reflections to better understand variations in your days.
