PAN Guests

This app connects you to your personal Reservation at the Game Lodge or Hotel you are visiting shortly. They would have suggested that you download this app and given you a unique Booking number and a server URL (computer address) where their (PAN Hospitality) property management system resides.

Enter the Booking Number and Server Address you were given by your Lodge / Hotel (check you booking confirmation correspondence) and tap "LET'S BEGIN" to start.

This app allows you to review your Booking information and statuses (as they update from provisional, or confirmed, or cancelled etc.), right here, in the palm of your hand. Should any of your information be incorrect, you have the ability, through this app, to quickly update your details, just as you see fit.

Since you are on vacation, staying at this fancy Lodge / Hotel, you would probably like to take a few pictures of your experience, right? This app allows you to take up to 4 photos from either your library, or your phone camera, and upload and hook these to your Booking. For memories. You can add to this during future visits also. Your photo album is created and stored exclusively on the Game Lodge / Hotel’s admin server. Nowhere else.

For the VIP Guest (i.e. a user of this app), if your Game Lodge / Hotel supports this feature, the staff at the lodge will compile a list of questions specific to your forthcoming stay, in the form of a Questionnaire, asking anything special you want added to your stay at their facility. Special orders, requirements, arrangements, bookings for lodge in-house services, anything like that. You (the guest and user of this app) simply download the questionnaire, complete it by answering the questions and submit it back to the Game Lodge. They will then know exactly what you expect, upon arrival, or during your stay at their facility.
