With the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Mobile Guest Softphone app, bring your own device for a connected experience on Park Inn by Radisson properties.
You can enjoy this app when staying in:

• Park inn by Radisson Lund, Sweden.

As a guest of Park Inn by Radisson, your Smartphone can now be associated to the guestroom telephony system.
You can now call the hotel services from anywhere within the hotel, free of charge, on your mobile by using the Mobile Guest Softphone app. The hotel staff can also get in touch with you when being connected to the hotel WiFi network.

Mobile Guest Softphone main features & benefits include:
• Bring Your Own Device Solution for enabling voice communication on Guest devices
• Embedded hotel directory to easily contact the different hotel services
• A dial pad to key in any phone number
• Simple registration and guest room pairing, your device is part of the hotel telephony system and associated to your room.
• Hotel staff can get in touch with you on your mobile simply by calling you room extension number.
• Free internal calls while on the property’s WiFi infrastructure. Your Mobile Network provider is not used.
• Should they wish to, Guests can use the Mobile Guest Softphone app to call outside the Hotel, communication cost will be charged on their room bill at the Hotel rate
