Parklook

Through information-sharing, Parklook connects people looking for a parking space with others who are leaving theirs, for a seamless, stress-free parking experience. Working with cities and communities our app connects the lookers with leavers - making our streets flow better, improving our environment, and making our cities more accessible and enjoyable for the whole community.

How does it work?

The app is based on connecting drivers looking for parking spaces with drivers leaving theirs. If you are looking for a parking space, Parklook will show you on a map the closest available parking spaces to you. If you are leaving a parking space - by letting Parklook know this, your location information will be added and shared with the community of people looking to park.

Looking

Drivers looking for parking just hit LOOKING and Parklook will find the closest available parking spaces to you. Once a match is selected, Parklook connects the LOOKING driver with the LEAVING driver. The LOOKING driver will be guided to the location. You will recognise the space from the map location, as well as the vehicle details and licence plate. It’s time to swap position – you park, and the leaver is on the open road again. Don't forget to share when you are leaving your space later on!

Leaving

Drivers about to leave can make traffic flow more easily - just by hitting LEAVING, you inform the community when you are about to take off. By clicking the LEAVING button, you confirm your location and that you are ready to leave. The more time you give, more chances Parklook has to match you with a person looking for a space. Follow the instructions on the screen and you will be notified when the looker is close by - and it’s time to move and continue your journey.
