Partner With Us

The Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities (DPM) presents “Partner with Us”, to promote investment opportunities and public private partnerships in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE. “Partner with Us” gives prospective investors the opportunity to view forthcoming and existing Investment Office projects, to encourage private sector investment in the sustainable development of the Emirate.

“Partner with Us” integrates the Abu Dhabi Investment Partnership Guide in a user-friendly format to facilitate an improved understanding of the investment process and provide clarity on the essential procedures. The guide is also available on the mobile application as pdf format.

Through the application, an investor can view, obtain information, and express interest in all the available investments offered by the Investment Office. The projects are presented on an interactive map, for a spatial overview, with information available for each project such as investment size, real estate sector and other characteristics. The application also includes a section for speciality leasing with a variety of short-term leasing opportunities for a wide variety of sites and use types including events hire and food truck parks.
