Partners Connect provides you instant access to your personal Partners Consultant, a Cast Member financial expert here for you! Select your consultant and talk to someone who can help you with anything you need, from a lost card to a new home loan, quickly, and securely! Your personal consultant is here for you whenever you need it, wherever you are.

• Select your Cast-based consultant. Choose the area of expertise you'd like.
• Send messages to your consultant at any time.
• See if your consultant is available, and select a backup consultant if they are not available.
• All conversations are securely stored; review them whenever you want.
• Log in with your Partners Online Banking username and password. Nothing new to remember.

NOTE: Partners Connect is invite only. If you did not receive an invite, you WILL NOT be able to login to or use Partners Connect. We are sending out new invites all the time, so keep an eye on your inbox!
