PaSE Online

PaSE (Pathway to Sustainable Employment) is a free online training and coaching platform for the next generation of youths and businesses. The PaSe online training program is mainly for unemployed youths to train and coach them with digital skills that are relevant in the current job market. PaSE is available to iOS smartphone users.

The platform provides sufficient tools for students to up-skill themselves with little to no supervision:

Get video tutorial and other learning materials related to the course
Assignment and quizzes come with a bonus
Organize or attend online or community meetups with other trainees
Have a forum like StackOverflow to have your challenging questions answered
Get notifications for meetups, jobs, and other relevant information
Report any technical or administrative challenges

Trainees are to:

Learn and practice video tutorials
Form a team of two for project development (Preferably trainees should be closer to you)
Compulsory to do assignments and quizzes (comes with bonuses)

The PaSE Online / Digital PaSE platform is under Ghana Tech Lab’s Pathways to Sustainable Employment initiative in collaboration with Mastercard Foundation.
