Welcome to PATHMIND! With the help of our daily checkins, goal setting features, library of articles, meditation timers, and focus timers, you’ll find yourself a greatly improved human being!
Every day, you’ll be prompted to take an optional checkin that asks a mere three questions: “How are you feeling (on a scale of 1 to 5)?”, “What is your mood today?”, and “How much sleep did you get last night?”.
Then, you can browse our collection of articles, which paraphrase a variety of helpful resources such as TED Talks.
If you’re feeling inspired, you can create some daily goals (which you can reset at the beginning of each day).
Feeling distressed? Use our meditation timer, which can support between one and twenty-five minute long meditation sessions.
If you’re having trouble focusing, you can always use our work timer, which alternates between a set amount of time for you to work and a set amount of time for you to take a break (both of which are user-inputted). After each work session, you can log what you’ve done.
