ACCOUNT SETUP:
* Organization Directors create their organization, securely link its bank account, and add authorized members to approve payments while setting their spending limits.
* Game Officials and other service providers (e.g. coaches, scorekeepers, etc.) register and securely link their bank account so they can receive payments.

GAMETIME PAYMENTS:
* Payments can flow in either direction: Game Officials can send a payment request to an authorized organization member for approval OR the authorized organization member can send a proposed payment to the Game Official for acceptance.
* Whichever direction works best for you, the other person receives a real-time alert so they can confirm the transaction with a simple tap of a button. Once confirmed, the ACH bank transfer from the Organization’s bank account directly to the Official’s bank account is triggered.

PAYMENT LOG and NOTIFICATIONS:
* As an Organization Director, you get real-time alerts every time a payment is made from your organization. You can also view and export your organization’s payment log which is updated in real-time for full transparency.
* As an Official or other service provider, you can view and export your received payment log which is updated in real-time so you no longer have to keep track manually.
