The PAYLOADowner app has 2 main users: TRUCK OWNERS and COMMODITY PROVIDERS.

Depending on the type of service you provide that particular option is chosen, in this case Truck owner or Transporting companies. Truck owners register for free on the PAYLOADowner app. Registration is simple and straight forward. After registration the truck owner enters they banking details in order for them to get paid after PAYLOAD commission has been deducted on card transactions. The main purpose for the owner app is so that truck owners can register their trucks and the respective truck drivers and to view “order details” generated on the PAYLOADcustomer app. If a truck owner is interested in a particular order he can accept the date on which that order needs to be delivered and set a price at which he can do that particular task. This will then reflect on the PAYLOADcustomer app. If the customer is happy with the offer they accept it and from the PAYLOADowner app the owner can assign a registered truck on the platform and a driver to carry out that particular task. The truck owner can register as many truck as they wish for FREE! Once a particular order has been accepted all the relevant information will be submitted to the truck driver on the PAYLOADdriver app. This way it becomes easy for the owner to delegate tasks and keep track of order status even with multiple orders. It avoids the wrong information being given to any driver as that will be automatically matched by the PAYLOADowner, PAYLAODdriver and PAYLOADcustomer app all working in synchronization.

After registration the commodity owner enters their banking details in order for them to get paid after PAYLOAD commission has been deducted on card transactions. The main purpose of the commodity provider feature is so that commodity providers can register their products for free and can register their trucks and the respective truck drivers on the PAYLOADowner app. In order for a provider to list a particular product they enter product details and pricing under a section on the app. This information is then sent for approval to PAYLOAD. Once the product has been approved it will then be listed under the commodities section of the PAYLOADcustomer app under a specific category. The providers can also register as many trucks and respective drivers for FREE! This way it becomes easy for the owner to delegate tasks and keep track of order status even with multiple orders. It avoids the wrong information being given to any driver as that will be automatically matched by the PAYLOADowner, PAYLAODdriver and PAYLOADcustomer app all working in synchronization.
