App Store Description

Pay Panda, a Pay The Panda Inc. service, allows physical transactions between merchants and users to be performed over the internet.. It allows users to perform transactions between the merchants and users without needing to have any cash or cards present.
Users no longer have to worry about CASH and the unnecessary hassle to make a trip to the atm and pay hefty ATM fees, to make transactions to Vendors who do not accept credit cards and debit cards.
Similarly Vendors can also ditch the expensive equipment costs of point of sale terminals and fees charged per transaction by the credit card and debit companies.



Initial Setup

Each user and merchant signs up with the Pay Panda app using wither Facebook account Kit, email, Facebook login or google log in.
Pay Panda also creates an account for all users with We Pay.
Once the account is created, users, can add add payment methods including “credit cards, debit cards and Bank account ach transfers” (saved and processed by WePay). These payment methods will be used by WePay when performing transactions.

Additionally, Merchants can also setup their Merchant Withdrawal methods with WePay. For this, Merchants are required to disclose information like name, address, email, business tax ID number or SSN etc. for legal KYC requirements.
After being approved by WePay, Merchants can link their bank accounts or credit cards to receive money from Pay Panda users.


Payments Flow

Merchants can go to the receiving tab on Pay Panda application and enter the amount that they wish to receive and confirm enter
Users can open their app and use it to scan the QR associated with the Merchant’s account to identify the username of the merchant accepting payment.
Once the username of the Pay Panda Merchant is identified, a call is made to WePay to perform a transaction on behalf of the vendor and the user using the bank/card info they had previously saved with WePay.
Once the transaction is completed, both merchants and users will be able to view the payment listed in their payment transactions.
Merchants can also set up their withdrawal procedures on either daily, weekly or monthly basis on their associated WePay account.
