The purpose of this application is to give residents the ability to view their lease information. Future enhancements will include the ability to make payments on their lease, update their contact information, enter work orders, and view their statement and other lease documents.

Residents in a Student Housing community may also complete their Renewal Intention indicating whether they will be returning for an upcoming housing term. Students may also record their desired unit type, payment plan, contract type, roommates, move-out date, and forwarding address.
