PeachProtector is a “cover your ass” solution to gather reasonable evidence of positive affirmation from a potential sexual partner. PeachProtector exists to help tell the story of two consenting adults where permission is asked for and consent is obtained, to help avoid a “he said, she said” argument where no one knows that actual truth.

PeachProtector is designed with security and data privacy in mind. Therefore, PeachProtector personnel lack the ability to view your recordings (e.g., Consent Event Evidence (CEE) files), since we do not have your passphrases. You create those passphrases during your account setup process and have the ability to download or email them for safekeeping. Without the passphrases, no one can decrypt the CEE, not even us.

PeachProtector captures “reasonable evidence” of your due diligence in obtaining positive consent for potential sexual activities. This means that the audio & video recordings need to be of sufficient quality to identify your potential sexual partner so that a potential jury of your peers can see and hear their answers for themselves.

Your recordings find a safe haven, where these encrypted recordings are shielded from unauthorized access and maintained with the highest levels of cybersecurity and data protection practices.

Recorded videos will be saved in the phone. Once the internet connection is restored, the videos will be securely 
stored,and removed from users phone.

PeachProtector has a secure method to request access to CEE. We only share CEE with either (1) a client’s legal representation or (2) law enforcement personnel. This is to help eliminate the ability to “slut shame” sexual partners, since the CEE is available only for legal defense purposes, not entertainment. You submit a request through an online portal to request CEE and PeachProtector staff process retrieval requests to ensure only authorized parties are provided with the CEE
