Pelvic Floor Trainer - Squeeze during pregnancy and after birth is your guide for rehabilitation and strengthening of your pelvic floor after giving birth. The App was developed by experts and ensures that you exercise correctly.

Use the App as a motivation for making pelvic floor exercises an integral part of your daily life. It is your tool to have at hand at all times. Now, you can squeeze correctly – anytime and anywhere.

Why are pelvic floor exercises so important?
Pregnancy and birth strain the pelvic floor muscles that can also slacken with advancing age. Pelvic floor exercises are important, in order for you to rediscover your body and be able to do all the activities you were used to doing before getting pregnant. Many women experience difficulties holding in urine after giving birth, for example while running, jumping on a trampoline or when laughing, sneezing or coughing. It is scientifically proven that pelvic floor exercises have a significant effect on incontinence, both before, during and after pregnancy. But as with any training, it’s all about getting started as soon as possible and training both properly and regularly.
