Overview
PEMAC Assets is now mobile! The PEMAC Assets App gives users access to the main features of the CMMS on mobile – with no requirement to log on at a desktop. All work orders, inspections and tasks can be completed and logged on the plant floor immediately and data will synch live across all other screens.

• View list of Work-related to an Asset

2. Work Orders

• List open work orders assigned to the user
• Display outstanding Jobs associated with an Asset using RFID / NFC / barcode identification.
• Entry of Defect Analysis for each job, including defects/sub-defects, causes and remedies.
• Recording of Calibration Test Results for jobs on Calibration Assets and Reference Instruments.
• Complete Work Order “Jobs” including Tasks and Spare parts used when performing the work
3. Meter Readings
• Enter meter readings that could trigger Routine Maintenance jobs

• Log work requests and upload photos to explain the issue
• Shows Warning if active Work Requests for an Asset exist already

• View list of logged Work Requests

• Approve completed Work Histories
• View List of Work Histories and ability to filter results
7.Direct Histories
• Log a Direct History, describing the Job, the cause of it and the Action Taken to resolve it
• Add and complete the tasks to perform the work
• Spare Part Management: Issue, Reserve, and Return to Store the parts involved as well as any Non-Stock Items

What’s New
-Mobile users can now enter Defect Analysis when completing a Job via the Mobile Application.
-For security reasons, mobile users are forced to login when starting the PEMAC Assets Mobile Application.
-Calibration Tests can now be completed via the mobile application so that operators can complete work while out in the plant rather than having to return to an office to enter data.
Environmental Temperature and Humidity levels can also be entered via the Mobile App. so that warnings in relation to Reference Instrument ranges can be readily viewed.
-The ‘About Box’ is visible as a menu item and displays the following: Login name of the user, Site and version number.
