PEP: Vegetarian recipes — menu for the day

We created PEP because we believe that vegetarian food can be tasty and easy to cook. PEP composes the menu for the day of simple, tasty, healthy meals, based on your data and keeps track of your progress.

HOW IT’S DONE
1. PEP calculates your daily caloric demand based on your height, weight and age.
2. Then it calculates nutrition plan for every meal of the day.
3. Finally it compiles a diverse menu for the day.

The calorie/protein/fat/carbohydrate balance calculation is based on the ingredients of each meal.

PEP syncs with Apple's Health app, she can save calories to the HealthKit database.

Premium subscription
If you like our recipes you can buy an auto-renewable subscription to get premium recipes. Your $9.99 monthly subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current monthly period unless you change your subscription preferences in your account settings.
