PepRop is an app that allows you to analyze the key biochemical properties of peptide sequences. Users can enter a peptide sequence from the 2D amino acid property table for calculations on molecular weight, hydrophobicity, isoelectric point, net charge, and more. The app also provides detailed parameter definitions and calculations. Users can submit peptide queries to NCBI BLASTP for further analysis and send peptide sequences to AlphaFold for 3D structure prediction using the dedicated buttons.
