#1 SHOPPING & REGISTRATION
Shop in the Fragonard stores and perfume factory stores up to a minimum amount of €310. Don’t forget to keep your receipt to get a tax refund. You must register in store to claim your refund.

#2 GENERATE YOUR TAX-FREE FORM VIA THE APPLICATION
Use this application to complete your profile and take a photo of your receipt. You will then receive your tax-free form – don’t forget to print it.

#3 PRINTING & VALIDATION
Print out your tax-free form independently. You can also visit one of our partner print locations – geolocate them via the Map. You must have your tax-free form validated at customs before leaving the European Union.

Once your tax-free form has been validated, track the status of your refund in real time.
