You will find the App simple and intuitive as we want to make the tedious task of paying for your public spot more enjoyable. More importantly, we want to help you avoid parking fines by ensuring nothing goes wrong.

We generate the Whatsapp or SMS that you need to send.
The payment is handled officially through RTA's channels.

A little about the people behind the App.
We are just two average Joe's living in Dubai, enjoying life but struggling with parking payments. So we decided to use our interdisciplinary talent in coding, marketing, and customer experience to add some convenience to everyone's life.

How does PP APP recognize the digits of the sign?
We use a complex property algorithm and image processing software that we built.

What does Perky Parker do with my contact details?
We know this can be very unpleasant and want to stand out in our privacy policies. We respect your privacy, so we don't share your contact details with anyone else.

Does it work offline?
With the current version, an internet connection is essential.

Does Perky Parker take my payment details?
Currently, we don't handle payment details.

How can I give feedback to Perky Parker?
In the App, you will find a feedback box, also, by leaving us a review on your app store.

Does Perky Parker work from inside the car?
Yes, you can take a picture while still in your car.

Does Perky Parker pay retrospectively?
No, it doesn't, and nothing can pay for your parking retrospectively, so try and put first things first. Before you leave your car, pay for your spot. Make it a habit.

Does the App pay for private parking in commercial buildings?
We are exploring this option, but it currently doesn't.

Are you affiliated with RTA?
We hope one day, that is part of the plan.

Are you an official company?
Not yet, as of today, we are a side hustle, but we have ambitious plans and are working on our culture, and philosophy, and getting our act together. So stay tuned; more to come.
