The TOOL has the user look for specific types of notable issues in 7 key property areas: Exterior, Basement, Bathroom, Kitchen, etc. responding to Yes/No or N/A (Not Applicable) questions and provides a final PDF inspection report emailed to the user of the issue concerns and percentage of issues which may be present prior to purchase based on responses.
