قامت مجموعة فارمسي بأطلاق تطبيقها الجديد على الهاتف الخلوي، الذي يعمل على تسهيل وتيسير تواصل زبائنها مع مجموعة فارمسي ون وفروعها الممتدة في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
يتميز هذا التطبيق بتوفير العديد من الخدمات أهمها:
• التمكن من معرفة تواجد الدواء بأي من فروع فارمسي ون على امتداد المملكة.
• التمكن من إرسال الوصفة الدوائية قبل الوصول إلى الفرع من خلال هذا التطبيق لتمكين الفرع من تحضير الوصفة وتوفير وقت الانتظار للزبون.
• وتمكين زبائن فارمسي ون من جدولة أدويتهم ضمن هذا التطبيق والذي يعطي تنبيه بموعد أخذ الدواء.
• يحتوي هذا التطبيق على أكبر وأضخم دليل صحي على مستوى المملكة حيث يمكن الجميع وبدون اِستثناء من معرفة الأطباء والمستشفيات والمرافق الصحية بمعلوماتها وتفاصيلها في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
• يمكن هذا التطبيق مستخدميه من التواصل مباشرة من خلال نظام الدردشة المباشرة مع موظفي فارمسي ون بتخصصاتهم وأقسامهم المتنوعة، وأصبح من الممكن ومن خلال هذا التطبيق معرفة المكونات والخصائص الدوائية لجميع الأدوية الموجودة في فروع فارمسي ون.
هذا بالإضافة لتمكين جميع مستخدمي هذا التطبيق من معرفة جميع فروع فارمسي ون وأقرب فرع وتفاصيل وعناوين وأرقام هواتف فروع فارمسي ون.


Pharmacy One Company is launching its New Mobile Application for its customers to communicate with all its branches around Jordan and reach its wide variety of services, including the following major services:
• Searching for medicines and checking and locating drug availability across branches.
• Sending prescriptions to branches to save time on customers and ensure that their requests are ready before they arrive to the branch.
• Helping Pharmacy One customers organize their medicine intake through an in-app schedule that also sends reminders.
• The application provides the largest health guide in Jordan, including lists, contact details and information of all physicians, hospitals and health facilities available around the country.
• The application has a chatting service for the customers to directly contact Pharmacy One staff from different departments.
• App users can obtain information relevant to the drugs available at Pharmacy One, such as description, ingredients and instructions for use.

The application also helps customers locate the nearest Pharmacy One branches, and obtain the contact details and address of each branch
