Snap the picture(s) of what you need repaired, write a short description of what your problem is and let local contractors bid for you job based on pictures. Get multiple bids, read reviews, message the pros, hire the right person from the app.

PHIXIT's free home improvement app lets you compare contractors and bids to provide you confidence and peace of mind in your purchase. You can chat with your contractor through our app, receiving notifications as messages come in. No numbers or email exchanges, everything is securely recorded through our chat forum.

This is how it works:

- Select the time frame you want the bidding to end
- Local pros will quickly send you bids and cost estimates for your project
- Use the app to compare bids, read reviews and book the pro whose skills best match your needs from handyman, contractor, electrician, mechanic, phone repair, plumber, real estate agent, home inspector, cleaner, auto detailing, personal trainer or all the above.

Toilet stopped working? Need a window or door replaced? Always wondered how much it would cost to put recess lighting? Got an error message on your computer and don't know where to go? New to the area and need a real estate agent to find you a home? Instead of spending hours researching, calling around and taking time off from work to meet with businesses for estimates? The entire transaction is done through our app. Contractors get paid from our app once the job is done and you are completely satisfied. We monitor the entire project from start to finish. PHIXIT does the job for you to provide you peace of mind.

Once you approve you can schedule the day of repair through the app. No more writing multiple checks. We will charge half the amount once you accept a proposal from a contractor and the other half once the job is completed. If there is any extra work during the job, the contractor can change the invoice but you are in full control and awareness as you have to accept these changes.

Customers will take a picture of their repair with a short description so you can bid on the job. In the event the job needs extra work you can change the invoice amount through our app once your customer approves.

The location does not include physical address as that is verified once the customer accepts a bid from the contractor. The pinpoint shows general location of repair so contractors within that location can bid for the job close to their work location.
