A simple setup of call forwarding to a recorder line makes this automatic recording a beautifully seamless experience. Recordings are easy to review because they are organized for quick retrieval. The app offers a free trial for you to run through the entire process of receiving and making calls with auto recording and short text preview. To activate auto recording for all incoming calls, you only have to tap a forwarding contact in your phone’s Contacts (or activate the feature in the phone’s Settings), and that will forward every incoming call to a recorder line dedicated to you, and the incoming call will ring your phone via the app just like a normal call. Once you finish your call, the call recording with a short text preview will appear automatically in the app. The recordings are organized in multiple ways for your easy access – listed chronologically, grouped by callers and grouped by tags. As a workday example, you can enable the recorder line with a single tap in the morning to initiate auto recording for incoming calls, and disable it with another tap at day-end if you don’t want the evening calls to be recorded. The outbound calls, on the other hand, are recorded automatically whenever you place them through the app. These simple steps give you the flexibility to control the recording of all your calls.

A free trial is provided so that you can test if call forwarding is supported by your carrier for routing your incoming calls to the recorder line. You can purchase a Pay-As-You-Go (Prepaid) Plan or a Monthly Subscription to activate the full service. Prepaid Plan purchases start as low as $0.99 and you pay according to usage with no expiration for the credits. The Prepaid rates are $0.05/min for talk time and $0.10/day for recorder service. The Monthly Subscription gives you a 25% saving at $5.99 per month and will include 100 minutes of free talk time in each month and no recorder service fees. Payment for the subscription will be charged to iTunes at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The renewal will be charged to your account within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the same monthly rate. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused credits of other plans will be forfeited when you switch to a new plan. Unused free talk time will also be forfeited at the end of each subscription period. Purchase of additional talk time does not expire but can only be used in an active subscription.
