App Store Description

PhotoClubScorer enables Photographers to score images from their IOS iPhone or iPad devices. Scoring can be recorded locally, or remotely through a wifi system or simple club private hotspot.

There are two modes of operation:

SINGLE SCORING - each image is scored by all partipants at the same time.
MULTI SCORING - a batch of images can be scored by all in any order.

Participants may or may not have entries themselves, but scoring of their own entries is automatically excluded.

An example of Multi Scoring is a print competition, where entrants may enter say three categories within a total choice of up to six (A, B, C, D, E, F). Prints are distributed around the club room.

An example of a Single Scoring competition is a PDI (projected), or print internal club competition, where the images are presented to the audience one at a time.

Competitions can be set up in advance, on any IOS device, and then exported to the device used to collect the scores during the competition. The parameters of a competition can be chosen as required:

Score Pad Values – any values for up to four pads, or a full pad range of 9 to 20.
- flexible options for e.g. 10 points max, including half point key if required.
Number of Entrants
Number of Categories
Averaging accuracy
Quick readout based on a notional number of scorers

Where images are brought to Club on the night, details of the contestants are recorded at the door, showing the categories they have entered, and their club ID.

Local scoring is also available for personal use on the same IOS device. Scores can be sorted in image or score order, showing the winning entries on the Results Screen.
