PhotoNotes3R is a record-making tool for standardized reporting and research designed for data collection from single and multiple users. It's also great for hobbies.

Set up the customizable subject attributes before heading out, then find your subject, snap a photo, choose the attributes that apply, add any other comments (because some things don't fit into boxes), and send it to your colleagues.

Photonotes3R supports web uploading, AirDrop, Mail, and Message. An archive feature for when you are in an area without internet connection allows you to save your work to send at a later time.
