PickMeUp is the smart, affordable and easy way to get around Oxford. Request a journey on your phone and share with other passengers going your way. PickMeUp is convenient and easy to use: Simply select your pick-up and drop-off point and a vehicle will meet you at a ‘virtual bus stop’ close to your location within minutes of your request.

How does PickMeUp work?
PickMeUp is an on-demand minibus service. It will pick you up from a ‘virtual bus stop’ within a short walkable distance of where you are. The intelligent software works out the best way to take you and our other passengers to their chosen destinations. Simply register your credit or debit card and we’ll be with you in just minutes. You can think of it like a car-pool, only bigger – and you never have to drive yourself! It’s cheaper than a taxi and comes whenever you want it.

When does it operate?
Service operates most hours of the day, 7 days a week. For specific hours, visit our website at pickmeup.oxfordbus.co.uk. Bank holidays will operate to Sunday service hours.

How long will I wait?
On average, PickMeUp will come to you in just a few minutes and you'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your PickMeUp minibus in real- time using the app.

How many passengers will I share a car with?
Our minibuses can comfortably accommodate everything from large groups to single passengers, and we’ll always make sure there is space in the vehicle before you are booked.

How much will it cost me?
PickMeUp offers a clear fare upon requesting a journey, so you’ll always know the price before you decide to ride (unlike a taxi that can become unexpectedly expensive, for example when you’re stuck in traffic, or having to make a detour). We show you the cost of your journey up front so you’ll never have any surprises.
