Pictures of the Mind

Pictures of the Mind is not a just a wallpaper app, but a collection of paintings created by the famous Russian painter Sergey Dozhd.

Each painting represents a specific mood and was developed according to the formulas of the newly emerged field of art called Sciarcism. Principles of Sciarcism delve into psychology, physiognomy and metaphysics. Certain combinations of forms, colors and figures can trigger unique emotions or thoughts in a viewer.

Depending on your current mood you can choose a picture that will reflect on your inner senses. For example, a picture either can help you navigate through your fears or tune yourself up.

All pictures are categorized by specific themes and placed into albums. These albums carry important role of helping you understand the general direction of the included pictures.

App allows you to zoom into the pictures infinitely so you could clearly see the paintings.

High resolution of each downloaded picture will let you see even the smallest individual brush marks.
