App Store Description

Pikmi is a new on-demand service that complements public transport during evening hours in Altstetten and Albisrieden. Thanks to a dense network of virtual stops and routing optimized for each journey, Pikmi drives you almost to your doorstep, but will make sure to pool you with other passengers headed in a similar direction.

You can book a ride via the Pikmi-App. Alternatively, you can order your ride by calling our customer service at 044 411 44 77.

Service hours
Pikmi is available every day between 20:00 and 01:00. Pikmi will drive you safely and comfortably through your neighborhood, either as a direct connection or as a link to the regular public transportation lines.

Tickets
To travel with Pikmi, you need a valid ticket for the city of Zurich (zone 110), we do not charge any additional fees. Tickets cannot be purchased directly from the Pikmi app. You can book your ticket through a Ticket App (e.g. ZVV or SBB) or purchase it from a ticket machine. Of course, all season tickets are valid, as well as multi-ride tickets that can be validated in the vehicle. Short trip tickets are not valid.
Same as in trams and busses, a valid ticket is required before entering the vehicle. Ticket inspections can take place at any time.

Accessibility
Pikmi is accessible to all persons. Riders with walking and visual impairments receive assistance by the driving personnel when entering and leaving the car. Walking aids, accompanying persons and utility dogs can also be taken along free of charge. Passengers who are dependent on a wheelchair can indicate this in the app. Please go to your profile in the app and change the toggle for wheelchair on. You have the option of booking a ride at the Pikmi rate via the app or directly via BTZ (telephone 044 444 22 11). With BTZ, a barrier-free trip with start and/or destination outside the Pikmi area is also possible.

Happy riding with Pikmi!
