The function of the application is to set the time for performing static exercises, for example, a bar (plank) on the elbows and to save the best time in the application memory.
It turned out to be very boring to stand the bar (plank) idle and constantly look at the stopwatch energy-intensively, so the application announces the time from the beginning of the exercise every 10 seconds.
Available 2 languages ​​of the application - Russian and English.
User guide:
To start the timer, select the desired language and press the start button, after completion - the stop button. To reset the best time , click on it and follow the further instructions.
