PlayUrCV

The goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish and connect with networks of peoples they know and trust professionally, apply for jobs. Employers can post jobs shortlist candidates and interview the candidates through video calls.

A PlayUrCV member’s profile page, which emphasizes skills, employment history and education, has professional network news feeds and a limited number of customizable modules. Network members are called “connections.” Unlike other free social networking sites PlayUrCV requires connections to have a pre-existing relationship.

A member can only establish connections by sending connection request with someone he/she has worked with or has same skills and upon approval, knows professionally (online or offline). Connections) are seen as part of the members network, but the member is not allowed to contact them through PlayUrCV without an introduction. Employers can post job, shortlist the candidate, interview online through video call facility.
