Plzitt Customer App is an on-demand ordering system. The Customer choses a delivery location. The available items in the stock will be displayed based on the chosen delivery location of the Customer.

- Customers chooses a delivery location
- App displays list of items can be delivered
- App displays menu items with prices and any available discounts and offers
- Customer selects the required items from the menu and in required quantity
- Customer adds the selected items into the shopping basket
- Customer can checkout once all the required items added to the shopping basket
- Customer can choose a payment method
- Customer finishes the Payment process
- Customer receives the order confirmation with an estimated delivery time
- Customer can keep track of the status of the order from Store acceptance to pick up by a delivery driver and until order delivered to the door
- Finally customer receives the shopping basket to the delivery address and an invoice for the order as an email.
