Know the role you want to play? Find role guides and add those experiments to your plan!

REPORTS
View reports of your progress over time. Select the timeframe you are interested in viewing.

COACH MODES
Shadow coach mode and senior coach modes will allow you to generate codes for people to ascend above L2. No codes are needed for L0-L2. For L3 to L5, a shadow or senior coach needs to validate the quality of work to ensure high level individuals have at least one peer who advocates the quality of their work.

Currently there are two subscriptions. Both are early bird subscriptions that will be retired when the app revenue exceeds the app costs. At that point higher price point offerings will be switched in. So get in now!
