Pocket Mood Tracker uses the medically certified* PHQ-9 and GAD-7 questionnaires for Depression and Anxiety. After answering a few brief questions you will be given a score and level for anxiety and depression. These scores are recorded locally on your phone and are accessible only to you. You can take the test whenever you would like and record and track your scores over time.

The PHQ-9 and the GAD-7 are the most commonly used questionnaires within the United Kingdom for measuring depression and anxiety. They are routinely used by GP’s and mental health professionals. Also they are routinely used by all United Kingdom primary care psychological services.

We have produced this app to provide this analysis tool for FREE to anyone who may find it useful to them.

For healthcare professionals : Please do use this FREE app, as you will see it is an entirely accurate PHQ-Q9 and GAD-7 questionnaire and uses correct scoring for determine levels of depression and anxiety.
