Polar Check In allows your organization to manage user info and keep track of attendance at your own events.
Admins can create events that are worth a certain point value and the users of the organization can check in from a code that is given or a location specified via GPS. Those points will then be updated in real time and users can see who is all present at events.
Tasks can also be made that support recurring events, and groups to manage subsets of your organization.
Admins can add custom categories for points and user data, and even export all data to a spreadsheet all within the app!
Polar Check In comes with 10 users in an organization for free. After exceeding 10 users an admin may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase. (If you do not maintain a subscription you can only have 10 users checking in at once)
Auto Renewable Subscriptions:
50 users ($4.99), 100 users ($9.99), 150 users ($14.99), and 200 users ($19.99) all at 1 month durations
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
