PortableAgent

Agents are an important part of each port. They are distributors and coordinators of services and ensure that the vessels they manage have a smooth and efficient port visit. PortableAgent gathers real time data using the PortCDM platform for a more efficient connectivity between port operators. With this approach we ensure that agents have a quick and easy access to everything they need through a powerful mobile interface, effectively letting them provide an even better service to their customers.

Main features:
* Port call List – view all port calls in a port
* To-Do checklist – keep track of what to do and what’s left to do, for each port call
* View Requests – an overview of the requested services for each port call
* Service Providers – your own contact list with service providers at your port

PortableAgent accesses timestamp information according to the port call message format (c.f. IALA S-211) and adopts the principles of data sharing and situational awareness according to the Port Collaborative Decision Making (PortCDM) concept, one of the enablers of Sea Traffic Management (STM). Users are authenticated through the maritime connectivity platform (MCP). The application connects to API’s for consumption and submission of timestamps provided by PortCDM compliant data sharing platforms.
