Mit der Eingabe des zugesendeten Verbindungs-Code startet die Videoverbindung. Anhand Ihres Ausweises werden sie vom Call-Center Mitarbeiter, rasch, bequem und gesetzeskonform identifiziert. Dabei werden Aufnahmen Ihres Ausweises und Ihres Gesichts angefertigt.
Sie können alle Prüfschritte transparent verfolgen.
