Yoga Nidra gives you exactly what you need, helping you with anxiety, lack of sleep and even ailment relief. During this pregnancy Yoga Nidra app you will have that all important bonding time with baby. Traditionally there is no music played during a Yoga Nidra practice and there will be long pauses. This practice of Yoga Nidra is to help you physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
We have included a fab and FREE little e book, Top Ten Tips to a Calm Childbirth, including some wonderful tips and pointers when it comes to your birth. We’ve thought of everything!
