What are Potent Playbooks?

A Potent Playbook is an effective way to list out the things you need to do, and get it done!

It's amazing how once you give your tasks little time limits, it can make it feel like you've drunk a POTENT magical efficiency potion.

All you need to do is punch in the tasks and how long they take. Then, hit the button and watch your productive self burn through your list!


Do you have a specifically timed workout plan?

Do your workouts sometimes take longer than you think they should? When you are on a timed schedule, it's so much easier to avoid distraction. Do you sometimes unintentionally scroll Instagram between workout activities? Create workout playbooks to keep you disciplined.
